Clare McElroy publishes her second cookery book

Clare, from Aughnacloy, Smithboro, is a member of Monaghan Special Olympics and Tydavnet Faith and Light, and she has just produced her second book of classic and clever meals made with everyday ingredients and basic kitchen gear; it’s an ideal book for trainee or established cooks, or for any novice cook who’s flying the nest. This 2021 edition is dedicated to the memory of Clare’s niece May Clare and for each book sold, a donation will be made to Féileacáin (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Association of Ireland) and A Little Lifetime Foundation. If you would like to purchase a book click on the link below, and the book will be posted to you. One thing is you’ll not go hungry when Clare is about; it’s just super, congratulations Clare!!
