St Dympna’s School, Tydavnet always manages to start Christmas off well! On Sunday 1st December they held their annual Christmas tea morning and fundraising raffle, and as ever it was a wonderful community gathering, with tea and coffee and lot of treats available. Add to this the wonderful Christmas jumpers, music and singing, and you’ll soon find yourself in the Christmas spirit. To top it all, there’s prizes – lots of prizes, all generously sponsored by local businesses, and you also have a “full house” of people from the community all enjoying a morning out with neighbours and friends.
