Tip of the month – Most volunteers when asked how they got started will tell you someone encouraged or asked them. Be that someone. Encourage a new volunteer to start. They will thank you for it.

Christmas – the most wonderful time of the year for some, can also be a stressful and lonely time for many people. Why not think about visiting, phoning or sending a card to someone who you think may be finding December and Christmas difficult.

On that note we would like to wish you all a peaceful and joyful Christmas and New Year. Many thanks to everyone who has used our service in the last year, we look forward to working with you in 2020. Best wishes, Grace and Sinead  047 72191 / info@volunteermonaghan.ie Facebook & Instagram @MonaghanVolunteerCentre Twitter @VolunteerMonagh
