Friday 11th October 2019: Cornagilta Concert at 8.30pm with the Meehan brothers from Armagh. Martin on flute and Paul (of Lunasa fame) on banjo/guitar, will be joined by Antrim born singer Len Graham. This is always an enjoyable night in the fantastic old school setting, venue Eircode H18 ED89. This will be followed by the Opening Session in McCagues Bar, Scotstown village, with Dónal O Connor, Sorcha Costello and friends.
Saturday 12th October: Workshops in Urbleshanny School @ 11am with registration from 10am. Workshops available on Fiddle, Flute, Banjo, Harp, Concertina, Button Accordion and Singing.
Immediately following the classes in Urbleshanny School, a tutors recital will take place so that students and their families can hear the tutors play. This is free of charge and is an invaluable opportunity for people to hear these top quality musicians.
Singing session: At 4:30pm Len Graham will host the singers session in McCagues Bar again this year involving local and visiting performers.
Intermediate session will take place again in Moyna’s Bar this year immediately after the tutors recital at 4:30pm lead this successful event.
