It is with great excitement that the Acorn Montessori Preschool in Tydavnet is opening a new, additional classroom at the facility. There has been a huge demand for places in recent years, and the extra room means that they can offer additional ECCE and non ECCE places at the multi award winning preschool. This is the only Montessori education centre in the Tydavnet, Scotstown and Emyvale area. Parents and guardians should note that from September 2018 the government are only allowing ONE intake per year – so be sure you have registered your interest in enrolling. If your child is the minimum age of 2 years 8 months by 1st September 2018, they will qualify for a free ECCE place for up to 2 years. The waiting list is now open for September 2018, 2019. and 2020. Please get in touch. “From Little Acorns Great Oaks Grow”. Don’t forget, the Acorn preschool also offers a Breakfast Club and Afterschool Service to all children, not just those attending St. Dympna’s N.S.
